Repeat Infringer Policy

PureHumanize.ai maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward repeat infringers. If the same user is the subject of three valid, good-faith copyright infringement complaints within a six-month period, we will terminate that user’s access to and use of our Website.

Counter-Notification

• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your provided address or in the jurisdiction where PureHumanize.ai is located.
• A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice or from their agent.

Once a valid counter-notification is received and if permitted by law, we will forward it to the complaining party. We may also restore the removed content within a reasonable time as required by applicable law.
